Sathya Arivumani is the founder and senior teacher of Growing Starts VA. Her journey with Growing Starts VA began with a passion for nurturing young minds, starting as a dedicated infant and toddler caregiver. With her profound understanding of child development and commitment to excellence, Sathya has since risen to lead the organization as its President and CEO. Since its inception, Sathya has focused on cultivating a nurturing environment where every child's potential is cherished and cultivated. Through her leadership, Growing Starts VA has achieved accolades for its high-quality programs and received accreditation from prestigious institutions like the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC).
We are dedicated to offering a developmentally appropriate early childhood educational program in collaboration with teachers, parents, and children. We are committed to creating a nurturing environment where every child can explore, experiment, take risks, and learn from constructive mistakes.
